A man has filed suit against a South Florida motel after, he says, he was bitten by bed bugs during his stay. The incident occurred at the Budget Inn-South motel, located at 1317 S. Federal Highway, on Jan. 12.

South Florida air conditioning companies aren’t full of hot air when it comes to filing lawsuits against their rivals. Just a few months after two of the companies settled a lawsuit over the “Your Wife is Hot” billboard battle, both are suing a third competitor for trademark infringement.
